Saturday Night live!

Well hello! This is the good-bye entry. Good for me, I did it!
Well at first I thought it was going to be really annoying writing in the blog but I actually wanted this more than the SAC hours. It was hard to keep on going, but I’m glad I did it, some times I didn’t know what to write but I think what I wrote was pretty good, maybe not very interesting but kind of good.
And well, today I’m finishing all my homework because tomorrow and the days before I leave are going to be very stressful days.
Yesterday I went out with my friends to Gaelic and after that we didn’t know what else to do, we were kind of going from a place to another without knowing what to do, we actually spent more time in the car than in any other places jeje, that was pretty much what we did, and at 12 am I was already at my house, I even got earlier than my mom, pretty sad right! Jeje, but actually the “doing nothing” thing, was pretty cool and fun.
I spent a good time in the car with you guys!
And well time to say good bye. Finally my last entry, I’m so happy.

A very busy day!

Well today I did a lot of things. I had to buy some things before I go, so today was the day.
First I woke up and took a shower, then I dressed up my daughter because we were going out, after that we went to the kitchen to have breakfast.
At 11 am we went out to buy a pair of shoes for her and then we went to down town to get a purse fixed. We went to Wall-Mart to buy some stuff and that was it, but we returned to home at 3 pm, really I was so tired, because going out with Arianet is a very tiring thing.
I got home and made meal and after that I came to the computer to do some homework and now here I am, writing on my blog.
Tonight I’m going out with Perla, Anahi, Judith, and Carlos, because this is going to be the last time we go out before I go. Of course I’ll see them when I get back.

a very annoying day!

Well yesterday was a very quite day, because we didn’t do anything.
The teacher of the first class, told us not to come to classes because he wasn’t coming, thank you for that! So we got to school at 5 pm. But the classroom door was still close, so we didn’t have that class either. We went to the Italian coffee for obviously a coffee jeje, and for a gaspachichamoy, really good jeje!
We came back to school at 7 pm. Because we had a class at 7, but the teacher never came, because they had a meeting or something and we spent all that time talking and wanting to leave. Finally we had the 8 o clock class, we didn’t want to have it but well, what can you do right!
After all day doing nothing, knowing that we could have got there at 8 instead of 5 it’s really annoying, we really don’t like that, but again, what can we do right!
I only hope, the next time the teachers will tell us not to come to class, when they are not coming.

Arianet Lozada!

Hello, well this is my 24th entry and I have 3 more Left.
Today I’m going to talk about a really special person for me; she is the cutest, smartest and more beautiful person ever!
Arianet Lozada Dueñas is my daughter, she is 3 years old and I love her so much. She is so lovely even though she has a really bad temper.
She loves to go swimming every summer to the pool, every time I’m in holiday my mom and I used to take her and my niece to swim to the AIPM club.
Another thing she loves is to dance, you should see her, she looks lovely when she does it, it’s like really funny, because she makes spins and everything, she wants to go to dancing classes, because she wants to dance like Gabriela from High School Musical, this is a movie from Disney Channel and she loves that movie so much, she even know the dialogs and the dancing, it’s really awesome!
Before I said she has a really bad temper, because oh my God, she knows what she wants and she wants to achieved it and when somebody says something or even looks at her when she’s mad, run away because she can get really angry. So I hope she’ll soon grow up and that she will act in a more mature way, not just in an instinctive way.
Despite of that I love her and she is the best thing that ever happened to me!

weekend!

This weekend I didn’t do much because I was doing my homework.
On Saturday I spent all day at home doing laundry and doing my homework from the methodology subject. After that I spent some time with my daughter playing and everything, we watched a movie and we downloaded music for my niece and they were dancing and playing. Alex went out all day, so at night we ordered sushi and watched “Jumper”.
On Sunday we went to my grandmother’s house like every Sunday, because it is a tradition and I really like to be there, Ari played with her cousins and I was playing with Alejandra, she’s 5 months old, really cute baby. After that we went to visit my mom’s friend and then we went back home. We watched “Enchanted” kind of silly but Ari really enjoyed it, so what can you do right? And after that we watch “27 dresses” it was good! And actually that was my weekend, family time!

My favorite´s movies

Well hello!!!
How you liked the twilight cast, pretty good right?
There’s an actress from the cast that I saw yesterday in a movie called “The family stone”, and here is the point of all this, today I’m talking about my favorite’s movies.
They are randomly ordered, I really don’t know which one of all is my favorite.

Well first I have to say that I really liked “The lord of the rings I, II, and III”, of course the third one is my favorite “The return of the king”, really cool movie, great effects and the first time I watch it I was in Barcelona with my cousins, so great memories too!

Now I have to say “How to lose a guy in 10 days” with Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson, I’ve watched this movie like thousands of times, really cool movie, very ingenious. Another movie has to be “The family stone” with Sarah Jessica Parker, Diane Keaton and some other good actors, the movie is really funny and all the family is so mean with the girl at first that makes you laugh, really laugh.
“The prestige” is another movie I really loved with Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale, well you have to watch this movie, really, you won’t regret it. And the last movies are “X-men I, II, and III” of course the third one is the best, “the last stand” awesome movie, the last movie is always the best!, and how can I forget this movie really loved it, "the girl next door" well it is just so cute and everything, really loved it!
The movie I’m waiting for is twilight as you can see and really I think it’ll be in the top three!

Well, I´ve just finished Cleaning my house jeje.I have nothing to do now, and actually I should do homework or something like that, but insted I´m looking the pages from the twilight movie. As I already told you in my entries before, I´m waiting for that movie so badly, they already picked the cast, and I don´t know if I would like the way they act but, let´s give them a chance! My ex-pet!

Hello, well yesterday in class we were talking about pets. Well in all my life I’ve had just one pet. It was a French poodle, its name was Brandy but it was a he.
I remember I was 8 years old and I really wanted to have a dog so my mom, my sister and I went to bought it, he was 3 months old. We took the dog home knowing that my mom didn’t really want it, but after a week she was so in love with the dog.
At first he slept in my bed but my mom didn’t really like that so she bought a bed for him, my parents loved him and he was like the boy they never had jeje sounds funny right, but it was like that.
The dog loved my parents too, so if a person went close to them and hit them or something the dog barked and tried to bite the person, it didn’t matter if it was my sister or me.
The dog was always traveling with us, to hotels and everything but one day we were coming to Tampico from Poza Rica and the car started to spin on the road and the dog went out of the window and that was it. We were really sad. I want to have another dog and maybe in 2 years I’ll buy a Yorkshire Terrier.

Parkinson

Hello, I’m going to talk about Parkinson.
Today’s entry is dedicated to my grandfather, because he has the disease.
There isn’t a cure for Parkinson yet, but I really hope that soon they will and he’ll get better, he can only do the treatment to get the disease controlled.
Parkinson is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that affects the motor skills and speech, a term which refers to the syndrome of tremor, rigidity, slowing physical movement and postural inability.
It is really hard to see him like that. He was a really healthy and sporty man, he tried to hide his disease for many months, and he used to grab his hand so we wouldn’t notice the shake. He used to play tennis with my mom, my dad and I, until one day he fell down and then all the family found out what was going on with him. Since the disease got stronger, he started to getting older more quickly, he still do exercises, the ones he can do, but, he can’t walk and eat or even talk the way he used to, you can talk to him, but actually understand only some parts of the things he’s saying. This is a hereditary disease my great-grandmother had it and he has it, it is said that it isn’t common in women is more likely to happen in men.

things I did

Hello there! Well I had a really great week.
I got a visit from my best friend Hugo, he´s from Poza Rica and I was thrill to see him again. The last time I saw him, was almost 4 years ago, the day before I went to England. When I came back, I couldn´t see my friends and now my parents live here so I don´t see them a lot. A year ago I went to Poza but I couldn´t see him, so we had a lot of things to talk about.
We talk about old times and the things we used to do. We were talking about our friends group, we used to hang out with 4 more guys and a girl. We were 7, we were always together but later on, all of us went our way. It was really nice to see him and to talk to him. We went to play pool with my aunt that was still here and then we went for a coffee.
On Saturday I went to my grandma´s house because they did a barbacue and it was really cool, I stayed there all day and at night I went out with my friends.
On Sunday it was my uncle´s birthday and all the family got together again. And on Monday I went to the movies to watch 10,000 B.C. really nice movie!

Gossip girl!

Hello there! Today is Wednesday and I have had a very awesome week!
First I’m very happy because my boyfriend is in holiday too and we can spend a lot of time together and with our baby.
Well I had a really cool weekend and then on Monday I spent the day in my grandmother’s house and Alex and I were talking and playing UNO, then I went to play pool with Pearla and Anahí and after that we went for a coffee.
Well yesterday my aunt arrived, she is 22 years old and we have a great relation so, we were catching up and everything. She’s staying in my home for the week.
Today morning we went to 3 Arcos and then for a coffee, at night we may be going to some pub or something we haven’t decided yet.
Well that’s all for now, I don’t know what I’m doing for the weekend yet, but I actually don’t want to go to the beach, it’s too crowded and my sun allergy gets pretty bad if I sun burn.

2nd B.A. in english week

Hi!
Well, this is really good; I’m doing my second entry of the week jeje. I’m kind of inspired.
Well this week as you all know I didn’t have classes. On Monday I went with Perla and Judith to watch Billy Elliot, it was quite good. On Tuesday I went to a conference with Judith and we met Carlos there, it was ok, after that we went to another one, this was called “towards autonomous learning in university setting”, this one was kind of boring but at the same time interesting.
On Thursday we went to the bowling tournament, but we didn’t win, it was too sad. We had a lot of fun and also we won one free game and a beer, nice ha! After bowling we went for an ice cream and for a coffee.
And well that was my week, today I don’t know what I’m going to do, but well holiday is starting so I have too much time to rest and to go out and to have fun!

Hello there! I’m here after a long time jeje, only a week. Well it is Friday and this is the first entry of the week to my blog. It’s just that I have been really, really busy with my daughter and so many things I had to do.
Well let’s start with the weekend, it was quite tiring. On Saturday I had this kids party I took Arianet to and believe me it was really tiring, because she is kind of like me, she doesn’t like to socialize with other kids even thought they were her cousins, so I had to be with her all the time, going from one way to another and so on, but I had to say it was fun and I spent a really good time with her.
On Sunday my parents went to Poza Rica to do some errands and I stayed here with my boyfriend and my daughter, we went out to take the girl to the park and then we went back home, we spent all afternoon watching movies.

the holiday!

Hi! In this entry I’m going to talk about a holiday I had when I was 13 years old.
I went with my mom and my grandmother to Barcelona to visit my uncle and my mother and I had the chance to go to other places while being there.
We went to a lot of places that vacations, it was really, really fun, the cities are amazing and I spent a really good time with my mom, laughing every time, we spent almost 2 months traveling. We took a tour from Barcelona to Italy and we went to Florence, Venice, Pisa, Rome and some other places, we went to visit a friend of my mom in London. After that we took the train to go to France and the places around. The last trip we did was to Andorra by car with my uncle, my cousins, my mom and my grandmother. Those were the best vacations I ever had, as you can see I love to travel and thanks to God, I had the opportunity to go on trips and to visit a lot of places and I hope I’ll keep traveling a lot.

my weekend

Hi, today I’m going to write about my weekend.
Well I didn’t do much, but I really like it, like all weekends I spent it with my family.
On Saturday I went to have breakfast with my parents, my niece, my daughter and my boyfriend, we were catching up because actually I don’t see my parents a lot.
At night Alex and I watched a movie named Beowulf, for me, the movie was disgusting, a lot of blood and murder and well the movie was really iuk!
On Sunday I went to my grandmother’s house like we always do, we ate “bocoles” and we spent a family time. After that my boyfriend and I went to buy a bicycle to my daughter, but we couldn’t find one, we went to 5 stores and nothing, all of them were in the stores since Christmas and were all damage. After that we went to McDonalds to take Ari to play for a while.
On Monday I went shopping with my mom and we went to have breakfast. In the afternoon I spent it taking care of Ari and playing with her, just the two of us, because my boyfriend was at the University.
And well that’s pretty much all the things I did.

Amsterdam

Well, at this entry I’m going to talk about a trip I did to Amsterdam with my boyfriend and some friends when I was in Ramsgate. I remember it so well because a lot of things happened to us.
We found the tickets on easyjet and they were kind of cheap (they were cheap but with the duty they became less cheap.) we were so excited about it that we forgot to search for a hotel and when we got there at night we couldn’t find one, in Amsterdam every weekend is like a holiday, all the hotels are full and there are a lot of tourists in the city. The first night we found one, thanks God but it was only for that night. The next day we went searching and found another one, but this one was really expensive, we had no choice so we took it. The problem here is that we thought the hotel was going to be cheaper, so with the meals and some other stuffs we bought we were without money like in 2 days. I try to reach my mom here in Mexico but I couldn’t find her and we were like this, without money for a hole day. The next day I talked to my mother and asked her to send me money. In spite of all the problems, we had an awesome time and I will always remember it, because for me it was a life time experience. I had the opportunity to travel alone with my friends, and even no having money was fun, fun, fun.

The city is lovely, people are great, polite and kind, you can walk very late at night and nothing will happen to you.
Pictures: in the first one, I’m in down town with my boyfriend out side of a store were they sell that kind of shoes they are like the slogan of Holland. Very popular there.
In the second one, I’m in a pub, where the waitresses dance on a table kind of “Coyote Ugly” and they make shows and everything. I was kind of uncomfortable because there were only 4 girls and me in the entire pub, besides the waitresses dancing barely naked.

Today I’m writing a thesis statement about an experience I had.

Two and a half years ago I took a really big step when my boyfriend moved t olive with me.
He came from Venezuela to live here in Tampico even though his parents didn’t agree at first.

Now his living with me and we are going to college.
Our lives changed so much because now, we have to try to live with a very different person.
He had some habits that I wasn’t used to and I had some others he wasn’t used to neither.

Nowadays we manage to live together, we have rules and organization in the house (for the kid too.)
We have improved as a couple and we feel comfortable with each other.
Sometimes we have disagreements like every couple but now we can handle them in a very “grown up” way.

I feel very happy the way I live now, I love my boyfriend and my daughter and the situation made me grow up so much that I’m glad about that.
We have grown up in our relationship and we love to be together.

Speak

Hi, the name of the book that i´m going to talk about is speak.
The book is about a girl named Melinda Sordino who becomes an outcast because something happened to her and she doesn’t tell anyone about it, so all the people who used to be her friends (Rachel Bruin, Nicole, Emily), now are not talking to her and everybody looks at her like if she were crazy.
She meets someone named Heather who is trying to get into a club named “The Martha’s”, Heather is the only one who would talk to her, even if she doesn’t like her a lot.
There’s this guy (Andy Evans) in her school who she is really afraid of, but she doesn’t tell anyone, she just run from him every time she sees, hears or smells him. She wants so badly to talk to anyone about her problem, but she thinks nobody is going to believe her, she starts getting her grades lower and lower every time and the counselor of the school talks to her and to her parents but she wouldn’t talk. At the end she sees that the girl, who used to be her best friend (Rachel), is now in danger because she is going to prom with Andy. Melinda tries to warn her by telling her the secret that Andy raped her in a party last summer, but Rachel didn’t believe her.
Andy founds out what Melinda told to Rachel and he goes to look for her, he tries to rape her again but she founds the strength to fight and to be safe, and the end, she speaks and tell her story to her art teacher.

Valentine´s Day

Valentine’s Day!!!

Well, last Thursday was Valentine’s Day and I went to school thinking we were going to have classes, well, big mistake. The university was all full of people selling balloons, candies, chocolates and some other stuffs; I think there was too much joy for me and yes as you may think I’m kind of apathetic.
We thought on going to Italian Coffee, and we were there for a long time, just having silly talks but at the same time it was fun.
After that I went home and my boyfriend and my daughter were waiting for me with a dozen roses, beautiful by the way. After that we start talking and a while later I was tired and it was so late. We went to buy a subway and we went back home and that was it.
I really don’t like holidays but I actually had a good time last Thursday. I spent some time with my friends and time with my family and that was great!

twilight!

Hi!
Well I’m going to talk about a book that I just read, the name of the book is twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Well actually it is a book with sequence, there are 3 books now and the forth one is coming out on August 2nd 2008.
I’m not much of a reader but I really liked the story of the book, even if it sounds kind of silly and unreal. It´s a romantic story between a vampire and a human girl.
I’m going to give a brief review of the book:
The main characters are Bella and Edward (the vampire) and they live in Forks. He is able to read people’s thoughts, but he quickly discovers that he can’t read hers and that she’s the only person he can’t see thru. He falls in love with her and at the same time she falls in love with him, but not everything is that easy, he can’t resist her smell and his thirst by her blood, he finds the way to be near her and to repress the anxiety of eating her.
I’ve just read the first book, I’m going for the second one, but I really want to read the four books.
Well that’s it for now, I’ve already done the two essays for the week, and next week I’ll write two more.

superstitions!

Well, today I’m going to talk about superstitions.
In class we are know in that unit and because we haven’t written that much, the teacher asked us to write about superstitions.
Well I was surfing in the internet and I searched for superstitions, to see what are some superstitions people believe in, and I didn’t find much.

I found something about pregnancy and babies and I started to remember, well when I was pregnant some people said that by the shape of the belly, they could guess it’s was going to be a girl, in fact it was a girl, but I didn’t truly believe in that.

There is a superstition about that if a knife drops in your kitchen you will have visitors, I know that’s kind of silly and I really don’t believe in that on.
I think sometimes I want to believe in things like that, but at the same time, there are some silly things that you can’t possibly believe in them.

I’m not going to like I think I have some superstitions, I never thought about it until know, but I haven’t done the list jeje. What I truly believe is that if you set out something you can make it.

A little bit of me!

Well hello! I´m kind of running out of ideas, so this time i´m going to talk about me, just for you to know me a bit better.

I was born in Tampico and when I was 4 years old I started to take piano and violin clases, I was pretty good at it, but at the age of 7 years old I had to leave it because I moved to Poza Rica to live, just because my dad was send there for work. I live there for about 10 years, and when I started high school I came back to Tampico. After high school. I didn´t know what to study, so I decided to go to Ramsgate to study English for nine months while I decided what to do with my life and actually those were some of the best months of my life, I had the chance to meet really nice people and friends, there, I met a really handsome spanish-venezuelan guy who´s now living here with me and our beautiful baby girl.

After all the excitement in my live, the things got quiet, I started College and hopefully after college I´ll go to live abroad to work and to study a master´s degree.

My awesome weekend

Hello!
Well, this weekend was fantastic! We have Monday off school, so I decided to go to Queretaro with some friends and my boyfriend.
I got to Queretaro on Saturday and my friends were waiting for me and my boyfriend already there, we took a shower and went out for a walk to get something to eat.
That day we visited many places and at the end of the day we went back to the hotel to have some drinks because we were really, really tired.
On Sunday we went on a tour to visit some other places and we bought some gifts for my family and my family-in-law.
On Monday my friends went back to Monterrey and my boyfriend and I stayed there to visit more places, at night we came back to Tampico and today I went to school.

watching TV

Hi always the hi right! Well today I’m going to start with Hello. I’m answering the question the teacher asked in his blog.

What do I think about watching TV? Well I have to say that I love to Watch TV.
When I was in high school if I wasn’t with my friends, I was watching TV all the time, now that I think about it, I used to spend all my time with my friends and with the TV, I didn’t focus on my studies at all. Now I still watch a lot of TV, but with the difference that my family and school come first.
I watch like almost every series on Fox, Sonny and Warner but only when I have the time, if I have things to do I don’t watch it, the problem comes when I have a lot of spare time on my on, but actually I really don’t, so it’s not a problem.
I think is ok, if you watch like history channel or discovery or that kind of TV channels because you learn something with that, little kids learn from discovery kids and I know it because my daughter watch it and it’s a really educating channel, better than those which only shows killing and bad words and that kind of stuffs.
Remember it’s good that your kids watch educating channels but don’t abuse with the time their spend in front of the TV, It is not good!

the weekend´s essay!

Hi, today I’m writing my homework for the weekend about clothing, I’m doing it now, because when the weekend comes I forget I have homework.

Feel comfortable it’s all that matters.

I choose this topic because it’s very important to me to feel comfortable when you get dress.
When you say comfortable people think of sloppy clothes, but actually I think in clothes that you really like how you look like with them on, and it depends on what you like to wear, for some people a skirt may be comfortable but for some others may not.
For me comfortable are jeans, a t-shirt and sneakers. It depends on where I’m going is what I wear, but most of the time I wear that.
I really don’t have a way to dress, when I go shopping and I see something that I really really like, I try it on and if it looks good on me, well, welcome to my closet!.
If you want to be comfortable and at the same time make a statement you can do it, because when you buy your clothes, you buy the ones you feel comfortable with, but at the same time without knowing you are buying the ones you like and the ones that go with your personality.
So, It doesn’t matter if you are wearing the latest fashions or if you want to make a statement always wear the clothes you feel comfortable with no matter what.

My weekend

Well this is my first entry!!
I`m going to talk about my weekend.
On saturday I went to my grandparent´s house because it was my grandpa´s birthday. Also I went out with my boyfriend and my daugther (Alex and Arianet) to a friend´s house.
On sunday I went to my grandparent´s house again like I do every sunday and I spent some quality time with all my family. After that I went to the supermarket with Alex and Ari.
